Meet Jasper
A little about me…
I discovered Creekside in September of 2018. I was a stray who found my way to the gardens…Kevin began feeding me…then I quickly climbed the ladder and became supervisor. My staff makes sure I do not lose track of time, and I get indoors for the night. Throughout the day, you will see me wandering the gardens. I am the official mascot, of course. If you visit and would like to see me, let my humans know! They will track me down if possible (my schedule is busy) for a meet and greet. I like meeting new guests and catching up with old friends.

How old are you?
When I first discovered Creekside Gardens in 2018, I was drawn to food put out for me by my now favorite human, Kevin. He quickly got me to the vet. They told Kevin that I was a healthy one year old cat. So, I was born in fall of 2017.
Where are some places to find you?
Some of my favorite places to hang out are…the green mermaid sofa in the Nest. The sunny window by the craft soda cooler. Drinking from the stream in the shop. Sunning myself in the greenhouse. Snoozing under the perennial benches. Sometimes I need a new perspective and stroll on the roof of the shop or greenhouse. It all depends on my mood…
Do you get along with visiting dogs?
Usually, I simply hang back…peering at our four legged guests from afar. Sometimes I spark an interest…and then go my own way. My humans redirect me as needed. I am most often happy to share the gardens. There is plenty of space for all of us to wander peacefully…
Jasper’s Giving Tree
Each winter Jasper helps collect donations for a local shelter.
Jasper will kick off the giving tree event November 22nd and 23rd 2025.
